HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?
Lithuanian orders are shipped via Omniva and LP Express, which takes 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped via DPD, DHL and Fedex. For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Our shipping does not require signature for delivery and the courier might leave the package in your mailbox or at your door, wherever mail and packages are typically delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after a carrier has made a successful delivery at your designated address. Please email info@linenluna.com if you require a signature for delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return items that are in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tag must still be attached) within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@linenluna.com with your order number, details, and reason for return.
For orders within Lithuania, a €9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return processing. For returns of bulk orders, the full value of return shipping will be charged at our discretion. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund, net of any restocking fee, will be credited back to your original form of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow for 5-7 business days to be reflected on your statement.
If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item/s can be shipped back to you at your expense.
At this time, International orders are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please reach out to info@linenluna.com and indicate your desired exchange item(s).
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, and then up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes! linenluna ships internationally to US, Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, Australasia. If you live in a country that is not listed and want to Linen Luna available there, please let us know at info@linenluna.com.
We are pleased to share that all international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP). Customs, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout for a seamless order delivery.
For international returns, you will cover the cost of returning the package to linenluna. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
